• On Friday, August 5th, incoming 5th and 6th graders visited Matherville Intermediate School for backpack night. Students had the chance to meet their teachers, drop off school supplies, and look around the school before the first day. Sherrard School District's new superintendent, Dr. Carl Johnson, was also in attendance at backpack night to meet & greet students and their families.
