Substitute Teacher Information

If you would like to be a substitute teacher for the Sherrard School District, please fill out and return the forms to the Sherrard Unit Office, P. O. Box 369, Sherrard, Illinois 61281. We will need a copy of your teaching certificate showing that it is currently registered with the Rock Island County Regional Office of Education, fingerprint form signed by the Regional Office, a recent TB test and a recent physical before we can put you on our substitute teacher list.
