April Tiger Talent: Kathy Slattery
Kathy Slattery, supervisor at Sherrard Elementary School was chosen to be the Tiger Talent for the month of April.
Over the years Slattery has served in varying capacities, “I have volunteered 32 years. Approximately 21 years subbing in the kitchen and 11 as a lunch lady,” she detailed. -

On Saturday, March 2, Sherrard High School's band and choir students participated in the IHSA Solo & Ensemble Contest at Monmouth-Roseville High School. They performed solos and small group pieces, aiming for Division 1-5 ratings, with Division 1 being the highest.
